Our "Ad Hoc" printer inspection & repair procedure is charged at a FIXED RATE. So right from your first contact with us you'll know exactly how much the engineer's time will cost you.
We do not charge an hourly rate as many other maintenance companies do.
All work carried out is thoroughly documented in an engineer report, and a copy of the report is left with the printer user or office manager enabling you to build service history of the printer.
Our workshop facility means you can bring your printer to us for repair. Again this procedure is charged at a FIXED RATE which will be quoted to you when you contact us. Again, you will know exactly how much the engineer's time will cost you.
Once on board, many of our clients opt for our "RPMS" program.
Costing no more than a regular "Ad Hoc" inspection, our Routine Preventative Maintenance Scheme inspection is carried out on an annual basis at a time suitable to the printer user to prevent issues developing into costly downtime.
All of our product and service are fully guaranteed for 12 months.
In the case of a printer or printer cartridge failing due to product or services supplied by ourselves, our own engineers will conduct a priority visit to correct the failure at no cost to the client.
